JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

We build foundation for the next generation leadership.

Our NextGen Leaders Program is a 24-month leadership training program that allows trainees to learn from industry experts, best-in-class teams, and highly experienced mentors across the globe. The program is designed for early-career talent to be introduced into the fast-paced world of digital advertising through hands-on experience and assignments across various scopes in Advertising Operations, Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Research, Supply, Production, and Technology etc.

It comprises of on-the-job training, rotational assignment as well as mentorship.​

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fresh graduates - Masters or Degree holders in Marketing / Media / Communications
